Summary
<b>DRC: SME Development and Growth project</b> Component 1 includes combination of training and cash subsidies to support entrepreneurial activities of youth and women. Technology modules include promotion of Internet-based and mobile technology to overcome asymmetry of information, access to financial services (online and mobile banking), and e-commerce. Subcomponent 2.1 includes matching grants to established SMEs, at least 40% of whom must be WSMEs.
